减少税务支出
在特定情况下，买家可以通过申请缴交另一个税项，从而减少税务支出，变相达成“退税”。条件是物业需要在4年内购入，购入时有为物业缴付印花税，然后曾经为物业进行重大维修，我们可以为您在专业人士评估物业情况后，向HMRC申请支付另一个税项，从而减少整体税务支出。
